How to structure a broker-led introduction
The first exchange between counterparties should reduce ambiguity, not create more of it.

A useful introduction gives both sides enough context to assess relevance without forcing sensitive details too early. The right balance is concise, factual, and specific about timing.
We recommend presenting the opportunity, commercial perimeter, expected next step, and the decision deadline in the first pass. That makes the conversation easier to progress and easier to decline cleanly if it is not a fit.
Good brokering often looks understated from the outside. That is usually a sign the structure is working.
